Something else new I’ve never had before. I think the fried milk might actually be egg white (I taste no milk in this) but who knows? 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s got a smooth, fluffy texture that’s intriguing, but the dish falls short somewhat, flavor-wise despite being properly seasoned. Not something I would return for anytime soon.

Too small.

I think there were shrooms, carrots, snap peas and some sea cucumber in this.
