Soots Cook Nook, PrivateThese are quite a bit thinner than I expect but I vaguely remember the cinnamon-raisin variety looking somewhat different than regular bagels at bagel shoppes. Then again, they weren’t quite so skinny, so maybe next time I’ll take them out of the fridge to proof a bit more before dunking in boiling water? 🤷🏻♀️ Nevertheless, they’re tasty and texturally they work, with their crisp outsides and chewy insides that don’t necessarily break your jaw.
