Wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. I had the pork one that came highly recommended by the waitress and it was DELICIOUS. Quite possibly the best tamale I’ve ever had.

These were delicious, but could’ve been improved as a moister version. Perhaps microwaving wasn’t the best way to reheat them?

With mild green chiles and cheese. I preferred the chicken ones very much more.
