The “Miyagi” avocado toast is made of seared sushi grade tuna, Wakame seaweed, pickled ginger, avocado, togarashi, activated charcoal sourdough, turmeric kewpie sauce, and Sriracha. It literally is the BEST breakfast I’ve ever had and one of the best dishes in general. I’m a total foodie, so you KNOW this is HIGH praise.

Added a side of bacon & got 4 large slices!

So good! Thick wheat toast, generous slices of perfectly ripe avocado and poached eggs cooked to perfection topped with spring greens dressed with lemon vinaigrette. 💯

Pastrami salmon avocado toast on thick pumpernickel bread with pickled red onion and caper berries. I added a fried egg. This was really good but the bread was too dense and sliced too thick for my liking.
