The House specialty. Looks unassuming, but it’s incredible!

Delicious with orange rind, dried red chilies & green onion. Fresh steamed broccoli and fried rice on the side.

Made fresh to order and very good with a harissa sauce.

This normally comes out sizzling on a hot plate at the restaurant and creates quite a show and I think the additional cooking serves the beef well. As a carry-out item the beef is floppy and not as appetizing.
