Beef, baby shrimp and an over easy egg. Yum!

My first bibimbap! Won't be my last!! #yum

So, I was on a mission to find the CLOSEST place to get bibimbap for the #bibimbapchallenge and I did that, but I should have looked for the BEST place to get it instead. Not served in a hot stone bowl, so no crispy bits. Not many toppings, but the egg was perfect. It was just OK. I added a lot of gochujang. I would go back just because the service was so warm and friendly and they have great reviews on many other dishes. This is a Chinese restaurant with some Korean on the menu. Complimentary mango custard with chunks of watermelon on top for dessert was a nice touch.
