REALLY GOOD
1st BISCUITS & GRAVY
Upshot Coffee Brake Shop, Saint Charles
Homemade biscuits with fennel orange sausage and chicharrones with bbq sauce. Sounds strange, but it’s wonderful!
2nd BISCUIT & GRAVY
Rooster, St. Louis
Homemade fluffy square biscuit & house made sausage. Really good, but I like a bit of heat to my sausage.
3rd MILLWOOD B & G (BISCUITS & GRAVY)
Metropolitan Grill, Springfield
Signature agave biscuit, Pork belly gravy, Bloody Mary mix condiment shot & creamy, cheesy, soft scrambled eggs. This retro diner inspired spot is another venture from Metropolitan Grill owner Pat Duran & Chef Peter Tinson. They use fresh ingredients to take diner fare to a whole new level. Great experience & can't wait to go back!
4th BISCUITS & GRAVY
Shamrocks Pub n Grill, St. Peters
These are the biggest biscuits I’ve ever seen. The biscuit was so large I could only eat half of a biscuit topped with scrambled egg and gravy. You can see that the biscuit is almost as big as my dinner plate!
