Grass-fed beef from Rain Crow Ranch in Cape Girardeau, MO is hand-packed daily and blended from chuck, brisket and boneless short rib. This is a very juicy, distinctively tasting burger. Fantastic. The house made pimento cheese and smoked bacon put this over the top. Feasting before fasting. #Lent2015

This was a winner. The burger had a nice, moist consistency and was pleasantly spicy. The couscous & beans suffered from lack of seasoning.
