Simple and delish, served with lavash which I was surprised I liked so well. It really allowed the fresh ingredients to be the stars of the show. Loved!

It was super nice to try to dine on the patio at Katie’s after 13 months of not being back here. Pre-pandemic the size of the Burrata was twice the size of today’s appetizer, but it was still delicious. Unfortunately, the strip mall property management decided to dump a lot of odiferous mulch in their landscaping while I was waiting for my food and I was quite nauseous by the time it arrived so I had it packed up to go and took it to a local park. So much for dining on the patio! 😆

Burrata with prosciutto, arugula & crostini. This is the smallest serving of burrata I've ever seen. The size of a deflated golf ball. It makes me sad that this was @Elaine's first burrata experience! :(
