Pre-eggporn.

Chicken, spicy salsa, guacamole, cotija cheese, sour cream and 2 poached eggs. Traditional Chilaquiles are tortillas simmered in the sauce/salsa; these were more like nachos. The chicken was tender & the dish was nicely spiced but not spicy hot. 7/10

This is their interpretation of this dish and not the traditional preparation. I prefer traditional.
