Scallops, white tuna, salmon, ahi tuna, sea bass, tamago, pickled radish, rice, green onion & wakame. Yum! I loved the orchid garnish (no, I didn't eat it!), :)

Buttery, super fresh & silky. Sorry for the lousy shot... Not very good lighting for photos. This was our post-Oktoberfest dinner away from the crowds. #nofilter
