Holy cow this was AMAZING! 4oz. of the most beautiful black cod I’ve ever eaten. The best fish I’ve eaten period. I’ll be dreaming of this for weeks until I can go back to get it again. If you’re familiar with the term “umami,” this is the photo that should accompany it in the dictionary! Yum!! Buttery soft and cooked perfectly too. Mmmmm.
