With fragrant Basmati rice & Parantha. Yum!

The restaurant name is actually Baba’s Family Restaurant, located inside the tiny St. Louis Halal Meat, Groceries & Food. Owned by a very nice family whose head of the family is a former Cricket superstar. This dish had a nice kick and was savory and delicious. I’ll be back for more!

I added salmon and chose quinoa as my other grain. It was disappointing that only the lentils had the curry flavor and the rest was plain.
