Duck confit. Slowly poached in duck fat and served over greens with cider molasses vinaigrette and grilled bread. Stunning dish. LOVED. This place has been on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, although this small neighborhood restaurant & bar is none of those things. Can't wait to return to try more dishes!

Delicious flavor & tender duck. Would have rated better if the skin was crispy.

Really good, had great flavor, but it would’ve been amazing if the skin was crispy. Just saying...

Really good and juicy, but I think I’ll pop it into the air fryer to warm it up and crisp up that skin!
