AMAZING
1st EGGS BENEDICT RAVIOLO
Pastaria, Clayton
MIND BLOWING, most scrumptious version of eggs Benedict ever! And, bar none, the best breakfast dish I’ve eaten in my entire life. Mortadella, bread ricotta & egg yolk raviolo & BROWN BUTTER Hollandaise. I’ll forever make Hollandaise this way from now on. I’m blessed to live in a town where Chef Gerard Craft masters his creations. Love!

11th EGGS BENEDICT
Rooster, St. Louis
Solid eggs benny. They make their own everything, so the English muffin was fresh but more like a bun (not enough holes). I subbed bacon. Yum!
13th EGGS BENEDICT
First Watch - St. Peter's, St. Peters
Eggs Benedict with spinach, tomato & avocado on a English muffin. Pretty good. The hollandaise had a nice tang & the spinach was very fresh.
PRETTY GOOD
18th EGGS BENEDICT
Novellus, Saint Charles
I ordered this based on photos I saw on yelp but my photo didn’t match. Others were garnished with parsley and swimming in a pool of hollandaise sauce. And they don’t serve this with anything, so weird.
