Maine, Massachusetts & Long Island oysters. Served with mignonette, cocktail sauce & fresh lemon. The sauces are stellar, but a simple lemon squeeze highlights the briny oyster flavor perfectly and is all that I need. #doubleyum

Special for lent last night. Fresh, cold blue point oysters are placed on a bed of ice then covered & hickory smoke infused with a smoking gun. Uncovered table-side and the smoke wafts out. Gives the oysters a subtle smoky flavor.
