RICOTTA GNUDI CARBONARA ENGLISH SNOW PEAS + GUANCIALE + ENGLISH & SNOW PEAS . Light gundi in a fresh pea carbonara. The guanciale was crispy like bacon bits. Yummo!

Gnocci with braised fennel, ricotta dolce, artichokes, portobello mushrooms, kalamata olives, basil & tomatoes. My friend loved this dish & took half home, the portion was so large. I had a bite and although I don't normally like fennel, it was sweet & subtle in this dish and I loved it too!
