Fresh, whole yellow tail snapper stuffed with lemons, limes, green onions, jalapeño and cilantro grilled in their wood burning hearth on MO oak. Served with authentic tortillas that they make in-house using ground Landrace Bolita corn imported from Michoacan Mexico.

They grilled our catch and it was pretty good, but they did not de-bone.
