Not a traditional kebab as such since it's thinly sliced grilled lamb over bread (small squares of yummy fried bread), with melted butter, Turkish tomato sauce and yogurt. SO delicious.

I don’t know why they call this a kebab, it’s served on a pillowy, puffy pita, which is perfect.

2 skewers of grilled lamb over a mix of smoky eggplant mashed with yogurt & fresh bread. I tried this and it was awesome.
