OK, so one of my fave food trucks (BBQ pork nachos spotted last night from Food Truck Frolic event last night), is always at the Lake St. Louis Farmers Market Saturday mornings. I wanted eggs but not a burrito so I gave them a farm fresh egg & asked for a half portion of their Queso Fundido chorizo Mac n cheese!

I’m not a big fan of any Mac n cheese, so I’m not a great judge of it. I thought it tasted OK but was definitely the most bland tasting tapas on the table
