REALLY GOOD
1st MIXED GRILL
Bristol Seafood Grill, O'Fallon
1 medium crab cake, 1 small scallop, 2 medium shrimp, 1 salmon filet. All with a wood grilled flavor. Good, but not as great as I remembered it from 1993. Green beans with walnuts and asparagus were pretty good.
1st MIXED GRILL
Bristol Seafood Grill, O'Fallon
The wood smoke grill flavors the seafood really well. Love it. Especially love the pecan French green beans.
2nd AL BADIA MIX GRILL
Albadia Mediterranean Cuisine, St. Peters
$15.99 is a great price for this tasty plate. Beef keftah, chicken shawarma, beef kabob and lamb served with rice and baba ganoush. The space is no frills in a small strip mall, but the food is worth the lack of ambience. Service was good.
3rd MIXED GRILL
Albadia Mediterranean Cuisine, St. Peters
Newly expanded restaurant includes outdoor seating. Really good food!
4th MARIA’S CASEROLA
Maria Bonita Mexican Grill, St. Peters
A mixed grill of chorizo, chicken, steak & nopales. Served with tortillas, Spanish rice and refried beans. I had them hold the rice and add sour cream. Enough to feed a family! I have lots of leftovers. LOL!
