1932 Reserve, Osage BeachMussels steamed with Spanish chorizo, shallots, garlic, leeks and white wine tomato broth served with frites with lemon aïoli. very good and not too spicy. He just had to be careful of lots of small broken shells in the bottom of the broth which made it a little hard to scoop out the treats so without getting a mouth full of shell.
