Sweet potato tortilla chips + spicy white queso + roasted corn + smoked chicken + sweet red peppers. This was spicy and really good. Corn isn’t in season, so no corn today, which is fine by me! Sorry for the poor photo... I got it to go and ate it in my car. 🤣

Tortilla Chips, Pulled Chicken Thighs, Poblano Queso Blanco, Sweet BBQ Sauce, Pineapple Salsa, Jalapeño, Avocado Purée, Cilantro. It looks better than it tastes - it was good, but not great. Pricey. $18 for the side-by-side, which is 2 small pans instead of one large pan ($12), so you can have 2 different nachos.

Wonton Chips, Seared Beef, Kimchi, Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, Korean BBQ Sauce, Carrots, Sriracha Aioli, Green Onion. This sounds amazing, but the beef was very dry and stringy and when I tried it by itself it was flavorless. I was expecting to see juicy, meaty, intensely marinated sliced beef, and was disappointed. The generous toppings helped mask it and the wonton chips were good. I would have rated this higher had the beef been nice.

Tried Moe's for the first time. Clean store, friendly & helpful staff but so far I like Qdoba better. The steak here didn't have much flavor & the salsa verde was just so so. I like their hot & smokey chipotle salsa though.

I haven’t had these in YEARS... I remember these used to be a very big portion and layered very nicely. And shouldn’t there be lettuce too? This is a hot mess.
