Hand pulled before your eyes. So cool!

So delicious! I ordered them spicy and I could have used more heat. Dining on the patio on top of the strip mall parking lot was made unbearable by the swarm of flies trying to eat my lunch, but it was beautiful weather, so I put up with swatting the greedy buggers away from my food for 30 minutes!

Drunken noodles are very good. First time back eating inside since the pandemic and they have completely remodeled and made the space larger inside. I don’t know why, but they have changed the shrimp size and they are much smaller than they used to be and they were over cooked.

The shrimp is cooked perfectly with a nice snap and the noodles come with big chunks of roasted garlic but on its own it doesn’t have much zing but pour a little bit of Cajun sauce on it and wow!
