The skin is perfectly crispy, the fat is gorgeous & salty.... this is perfection! The pickled daikon and carrots are a refreshing counter balance. Love this place for dim sum so much. The best in St. Louis be far.

Always a hit but served was served cold today. Probably should have sent it back, but it was still good - just not as fantastic as usual.
