Really creamy and flaky, buttery crust.

Veggie quick and spinach salad with hot bacon dressing. There were a ton of veggies in this quiche and lots of toppings on the salad. They certainly don't skimp on the love here! :) The hot bacon dressing was just like Mom used to make.

Love the custard.

1st visit to this new St. Charles small business. It's a great space with good vibes & delicious treats! This will quickly become a neighborhood hangout and destination bakery. I'm enjoying the relative quiet this morning while it lasts.

Much smaller slice than normal... I left hungry.

Too much goat cheese, not enough egg.
