Two fresh roasted poblano peppers stuffed with queso, pollo, carne & shrimp, covered in salsa roja and melted cheese. Served with yellow rice, refried beans and a “salad” with no dressing. Huge portions! I could only one and didn’t touch my rice or beans. I was stuffed.
