Although the name is pretty generic, this is a Mediterranean casual restaurant. Call ahead and they make this to order. This chicken is great and has a taste of perhaps sumac on the crispy skin. Delicious! I love that they serve it on top of a giant pita to soak up the juices.

This was the daily special and the chicken was very tasty and nice and juicy. It came with broccoli, which I hate, so I said just give it to me with no side and instead they put it on a large bed of white rice. I don’t really like white rice and was intentionally trying not to eat simple carbs today, and the sauce soaked into the rice so I wasn’t all that happy about that. I did not eat the rice. It also came with a small Caesar salad, which was good except for the bagged croutons they use. Why can’t restaurants just make their own croutons, it’s not that hard.
