Razor thin cucumber, shrimp, octopus & krab in a sweet vinaigrette. My favorite salad here and perfect for summer. Served super cold. Love!

I picked this up last night for lunch today and it held up really well! It came with a balsamic vinaigrette, but I had some leftover lemon maple dressing from PaPPo’s, so Delicious used that instead as because it’s just. That. Good!

Spicy fried chicken breast, Southwest ranch dressing, lettuce, tomatoes & Colby jack cheese. Basic, but good. Giant salad!

Syberg’s famous buffalo chicken strips atop a giant salad in a big bowl. A salad Elaine would approve of!!

Their Buffalo sauce is special. This is the only salad I will eat with spicy Buffalo fried chicken & ranch dressing. ❤️

This is the first & only dish I’ve been disappointed with here. The salad is already peppery due to the arugula, but then they aggressively used large cracked black pepper that burned in the back of my throat. I usually add pepper to my salad, but no need this time! Also, the caviar was non-existent. When I asked about it, I was told it was stirred into the salad instead of being placed on top. I searched my entire salad and gave my friend half and she searched and we never could find the caviar. 🤷🏻‍♀️ One final nit is the “crab puff” in the menu description. It was a very hard, flat, crunchy sesame tasting crisp. Nothing puffy or crabby about it. See it at the top of the photo.
