Salmon collar. Delicious!

If it were socially acceptable, I would have licked the plate! 😍 The salmon had a nice wood charred flavor and the pimento & shrimp cream sauce was rich, but not too rich. Creamy and light at the same time. I’ll definitely order this again. The restaurant has 2 separate dining areas and both have a fireplace. It was so nice to have a fireside lunch in the middle of the work week. White tablecloths and excellent service that makes you feel at home. A fabulous place for a date night too.

Amazing grilled salmon with shrimp cream sauce.

Fat, juicy pieces of perfectly cooked salmon, pesto mayo, and spring lettuce on a beautiful soft bun. Amazing!!

It was super fishy. I only ate a few bites.

This dish was sadly mediocre. Everything was in desperate need of seasoning and the green beans needed at least 60 more seconds of cooking time.
