An awesome version have a great sandwich!

Can't remember the name of the sandwich but it had pastrami, turkey, Muncee cheese, coleslaw, and honey mustard. My friend loved it.

Prosciutto di Parma, mortadella, fresh mozzarella & pesto. Delicious!!

The hot salami sandwich is a St. Louis tradition since 1918. Gioia's Deli was built from brick & wood from the 1904 World's Fair. The Salam de Testa is made fresh every day from beef & pork. The "hot" is the temp, not spice. I ordered it the traditional way, on garlic cheese bread with lettuce, onion, pickle, pepper jack cheese & spicy mustard. They have a new food truck so I was lucky it was close to the office today! #yum @GioiasDeli

Grilled vegetables, hummus, havarti cheese, lettuce, & peppadews on multigrain ciabatta with root chips.

I’ve heard this is a St. Louis thing, so can anyone outside of Missouri tell me if they’ve had this sandwich? Egg, bean sprouts. Shrimp, chicken, ham & beef on an onion bun (but normally white bread), with mayo, lettuce & pickle. Love it.

I purchased the homemade egg salad from Protzel’s as well as the Breadsmith Challah bread and made my sandwich at home. It was really good.

I believe this is a regional thing to St. Louis but someone can correct me if I’m wrong. It’s an egg foo young Patty served on white bread traditionally with mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, and sometimes tomato. This one is a special Saint Paul sandwich which means it has pork beef shrimp and ham.

Salami and cheese sandwich actually came with ham and pepperoni on it too which was surprising. The pretzel buns are always amazing. Sadly they discontinued their Cubano sandwich due to rising costs of fresh pork. :/

This used to be an amazing sandwich. Kris, the former owner from Denmark, Retired and sold the business. Although the menu still lists red pepper, Gouda, and alfalfa sprouts, none of these ingredients were on the sandwich. They used green pepper (ew), and Swiss cheese and no sprouts. This used to be a crave-able sandwich & is no more.

Had high hopes but I did not like the sandwich very much and will not get it again. Plus it’s odd how they added the meat in sections instead of spreading it out throughout the entire sandwich. They should stick to their famous roast beef sandwich.
