Perfectly seared scallops served on a risotto cake surrounded by the most delicious maple butternut cream sauce scattered with thick bacon chunks. My friend and I split this appetizer of 3 scallops. I could have eaten them all for sure. Next time I'll get my own!

Large sea scallops, fried rice, noodles & hibachi veggies. One of the best hibachi steakhouses we've been to. Our Chef Chris was very entertaining. We especially enjoyed the free sake shots served by squirting it into our mouths from across the table! LOL!
