Delicious! Doesn't need the au jus, but I did put a little of their fantastic white BBQ sauce on it, which is basically horseradish sauce. Special of the day. In the interest of my waistline, I did not eat the bread, which is a shame because they get it from STL famous Fazio's Bakery.?LOL!

Blackened spice chopped ribeye, arugula, crispy onions & poblano aoli. I expected a lot of spice, but it was very mild. Good though! This Foodtruck is very consistent and delivers great Southern BBQ & other dishes.
