My absolute favorite dessert and they do it justice. So pretty too!

Good, but more sweet than tart for my taste. The white chocolate disc on top is pretty, but it's best to remove it before you TRY to cut into the tartlet otherwise you will have a smooshed tartlet. Trust me on this. :p

Big, fat, luscious blueberries on top of tart (not quite set) lemon custard inside a sweet (somewhat hard) tart shell.

The blueberries are fresh and plump and delicious and the lemon tart is bracingly tart and delicious. The crust was way too hard,unfortunately.
