Smoked veal cheek (humanely raised at Raincrow Farm in MO), pickled red onion, spinach, sunny side up fried egg & red eye gravy. Melt in your mouth good! Humongous sandwich & the bread was perfectly soft.

My dining companion thought this was very tasty. I was offered a sample, but declined because I was enjoying my dinner so much! I did share ONE gnocchi anyway. ;)
