A few twists on the usual smoked salmon and avocado appetiser. The avocado was whipped with soft cheese into a mousse, and while cucumber is nothing different as a companion ingredient, the inclusion of apple and melon made it different. But it was a bit too novel for me with the avocado lost to the other flavours.
