Prairie bison patty paired with the bold flavours of gorgonzola, grilled peach and a habanero and honey aioli. Works really well actually, though the gorgonzola does dominate a bit so you need to like your blue cheese! I swapped out regular fries for yam fries which come with a conventional garlic aioli for a few extra dollars. Worth the upgrade but needed to salt myself.
