Best vegan carrot cake I've tried. Actually, it's the best carrot cake I can remember eating. Superbly moreish sponge and icing, contrasting crunch from nuts with sultanas and carrot providing natural sweetness and moisture. Big slice, perfect with a hot drink on a rainy day. Cannot fault it.
