This is fancy stuff. A vegan friendly chocolate mousse surrounds a caramelised banana centre. A chocolate glaze adorns it all, decorated with walnuts and edible flower petals. A+ 😋

A traditional Piedmontese chocolate mousse dessert. Nice but maybe more for chocolate lovers as it's not my type of flavour profile for this type of dessert texture.
