Roast cod fillet, on a bed of cavelo nero and soy-pickled shimeji mushrooms, topped with a crushed truffle edamame puree.

Bacalhau is a specialty of the city. This house dish is baked with a chickpea puree and sits on top of potato, onion and olives. Little bit heavy in olive oil and could use a bit more salt.
