On the positive side, these are large and come as a 5pcs... But the pastry is too thin at the base causing them to easily be split and lose some of the soupy contents. Criminal! And yet at the same time, there's too much pastry in the knot at the top making it a bit too chewy there. Soup was also a bit fatty - should've been clarified more before freezing and adding to the pork filling.
