1st LAMB, BONE MARROW AND KIMCHI GYOZA

Really rich, juicy and well seasoned gyōzas with lovely warmth of kimchi. No sauces needed other than a little chilli oil. Pickled onions a nice contrast as garnish.

2nd PORK GYOZA

Decent tasting gyōza but served this way, the individual dumplings are stuck together and don't always separate without splitting the dough. I'd prefer them separated and a tad crisper too 🥟
