Excellent maki with yellowtail and mango

The tuna is very fresh and is cut on-site. Not as deep a red colour as other tuna rolls but a nice texture and taste as a result for this classic roll.

Served with a chilli mayo. End pieces were the best part - really crunchy and satisfying to eat.

Good, simple maki set of tuna, salmon and California uramaki.

Last part of the dinner; the gourd in this maki was firm, making for more chews with the well-seasoned, vinegary rice for a flavourful filler course.
