For me, this was the best grilled octopus on Kos. Meaty but not chewy. Not too charred either which can be a little bitter or make the thin ends too crisp.

Excellent grilled octopus with crushed potatoes and olives. I don't care for the somewhat pointless foam though. It basically disappeared by the time I took a bite...

While not the meatiest octopus I've had, this was tender and very nicely grilled. Loved the sun-dried romesco sauce it came with and the flakes of toasted almonds that gave a nutty crunch to round each bite off.

The octopus was a little too crisp and lacking citrus to be considered outstanding. But the mash it came on was super.

Just not enough seasoning again! A meaty tentacle needs a thorough brine and/or lots of salt as it comes off the grill. Good idea, but the execution onto the plate is missing one of the most important and fundamental steps!

Nice char but not tender enough for my liking. Needed a livelier sauce too, so it would complete the dish flavour-wise.
