No flour in this okonomiyaki. Various proteins available - I went for pork belly and scallops. Long wait time in the evening though which I'm not convinced is worth it, as good as this was.

Quick and tasty food at the station. The standard okonomiyaki here comes with pork, cabbage and noodles. This, the special, has shrimp and squid in addition.
