Is it wrong to say the best Spanish potato tortilla is from a place in Portugal? This was perfect in every way. A moist yet not undercooked centre with very light crunch on the exterior, which was well-seasoned and so deeply moreish.

Comes in S (pictured), M and L sized portions. Super crisp, less like an omelette, more like a biscuit in texture. Good amount of oysters too

Can't fail with a nice soft Spanish omelette. I like mine a bit runny, but this is very good nonetheless

Good omelette but not outstanding. Bit dry on top and not as runny in the centre. The potato could have been finer so the texture blended with every bite more in a satisfying way.
