The menu lists this as Glazed Alentejo Black Pork Cheeks, served with truffled celeriac puree, broccolini and ajo blanco foam. A truly excellent dish.

Cheek it out...🐷 Slow cooked Iberico pork cheeks on mash. Not much to look at but meltingly good, mopped up with crusty bread

Very nice candied and slow-cooked cheeks ina rich sauce, topped with crispy onions.

Super soft pork that flakes as you put your knife into it. Beautiful fries on the side too.

Texture was good but not exceptional; it should be melt-in-the-mouth soft. Flavour was nice but lacked depth I'd normally hope for in a slow-braised, red wine sauce.
