Superb quality pork, to be grilled until the fat is crisp and rendered out but with just a little blush of pink in the thicker parts. Hit it with salt and the aioli that comes with it. Delicious 😋

Spanish pork is arguably the best in the world. Truly a tremendous product. But while this was delicious, this plate doesn't quite have that elevated, exceptional status I'd hope to see with such a fantastic ingredient.

Bit odd to have a cut of both beef and pork steak and this dish ends up with mediocre results for both. Beef was tough. Pork nothing remarkable. While the mushroom sauce is good, this isn't a dish to come here for.
