Take staples of quiche Lorraine and a classic spinach and Feta combo and smash them into a ginormous slice and you get this fantastic quiche. Boiled eggs as well for extra protein. Served warm or cold (I prefer the latter). Amazing quiche!

I'm not one for warm quiche usually, but this was very good. My girlfriend especially adored it so ate most of it!

A perfectly nice if unremarkable asparagus quiche and salad. Missing cheese to add that missing savoury flavour.
