Good sized prawns, with guacamole and a chipotle mayo

Really good veggie taco, filled with black beans, sour cream, salsa and cheese 🌮

Slow-cooked Beijing pork in a soft taco. Juicy meat but just missing the wow factor in terms of flavour. But a good taco starter.

Decent beef tongue taco. Huge choice of salsas on the side but would've liked a few more toppings like radish, chillies and avocado

My main issue is there's just one piece of fish but two tortillas. Ratio is too little so the second taco ends up with just the pico di gallo in it

Looks great and the fish was fried very well. For me though, the minted pea 'guac' on top should have been a smash with the fish, but it disappointed by being flat and not nearly enough to get into each bite.
